The lobby door is usually open, however In the occasion that it may not be (weekends) please send a text message so that someone can come and get you. This is not the best area for parking, public transportation or taxi is recommended. Please come upstairs to the 4th floor and take a seat in the waiting area. We will be out to get you at your scheduled appointment time
Appointment Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !! Late Policy: We will try to accommodate anyone who is late, after all this is NYC. Individuals more than 15 minutes late, may be asked to reschedule their appointments, depending on availability. Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24-hour notice to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation fee and or loss of deposit. After 3 cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, you will no longer be welcomed for services with Beauty Therapy Session
